About

wan-der-lust (n.) – strong longing for or impulse toward wandering.  (Merriam-Webster)
sub-mit to wan-der-lust (v) – to give in to one’s longing for travel.
sub-mit to The Wan-der-lust Re-view (v) – to share one’s creative work and travel stories with an audience of fellow wanderers.

The Wanderlust Review (ISSN: 2153-1935) is a literary journal published twice yearly (both in print and online), with winter and summer issues. Content is submission-based, categorized by literary non-fiction (features), fiction, poetry, drama, and photography. All content relates to the theme of travel and journeying.  Whether the piece explores the winding markets of Marrakesh, a long lonely road in Wyoming, or the journey from friendship to love in New York, it has a home here.

Though we might not all be able to travel as much as we’d like, The Wanderlust Review serves as a place where writers, artists, and thinkers can share their stories with each other and the general public in hopes of satiating their ‘impulse toward wandering’ – if only for the time being.

The Wanderlust Review is edited by Phil Duncan, Erin Foran and Cindy Chang and is based out of Seattle, WA, USA.
